Figure Unveils Helix 2.5 Robots, Bringing Smarter Humanoids Closer to Reality
The latest generation of Figure’s humanoid robotics platform combines stronger reasoning, faster adaptation and more capable physical manipulation for real-world tasks.

Humanoid robotics company Figure has introduced Helix 2.5, the newest version of its AI-powered robotic system, marking another significant step toward deploying intelligent robots in homes, warehouses and industrial workplaces. The company says the upgraded platform improves both cognitive reasoning and physical dexterity, allowing robots to understand natural language, adapt to unfamiliar environments and perform more complex tasks with greater reliability.
The launch reflects growing competition in the global race to develop general-purpose humanoid robots. Rather than building machines for a single repetitive function, Figure’s strategy is centred on creating robots capable of handling a wide variety of everyday activities, from sorting objects and moving packages to assisting with household chores and collaborative manufacturing.
