Sally Field was recognised as Outstanding Lead Actress in a Limited Series or Movie for Remarkably Bright Creatures, while DTF St. Louis also secured major supporting acting honours during the Emmy weekend.

Beyond scripted television, The Traitors continued its dominance of reality TV by winning Outstanding Reality Competition Program, and The Late Show with Stephen Colbert claimed the award for Outstanding Variety Series. Veteran actor Michael J. Fox received the Bob Hope Humanitarian Award in recognition of his longstanding advocacy and charitable work, drawing one of the evening's most emotional standing ovations.
