The Super Eagles’ recent form in the AFCON 2025 qualifiers has been commendable. Under interim coach Austin Eguavoen, Nigeria secured an impressive 3-0 victory over Benin Republic in Uyo and held Rwanda to a goalless draw in Kigali. The top 10 teams in the FIFA World Ranking have also seen no changes. Argentina, the reigning World Cup champions, maintains the number one spot, followed by France in second place.
