In May 2024, Turner-Smith and Jackson participated in a full-day mediation to resolve temporary custody issues for the 2024–2025 school year. The resulting agreement granted Turner-Smith the authority to select Juno’s school. Despite this, Turner-Smith alleges Jackson is refusing to comply with the court order, leading to continued legal disputes.

Turner-Smith filed for divorce in October 2023, citing irreconcilable differences. The couple married in August 2019 and welcomed their daughter in April 2020.
