Governor Fubara’s Visit to Tragic Scene

Rivers State Governor, Siminalayi Fubara, accompanied by Commissioner for Police, Olatunji Disu, and Commissioner for Energy, Maximus Nwafor, visited the site of the devastating tanker fire early Saturday morning.

Videos from the scene revealed the extent of the blaze, with over 120 vehicles destroyed and charred remains of victims trapped inside. Governor Fubara directed security agencies to conduct a comprehensive assessment to aid in providing assistance to the families of the victims.
