Meanwhile, Ogun State Governor Dapo Abiodun has unveiled a comprehensive intervention plan worth over N5 billion, signaling a commitment to supporting residents grappling with economic challenges.

Abiodun emphasized that the intervention plans encompass various sectors, including education, healthcare, food distribution, and welfare packages for workers. He reiterated the government’s awareness of the hardships faced by Nigerians and affirmed its dedication to ameliorating these difficulties.

Commending President Tinubu’s efforts in navigating Nigeria’s economic landscape, Governor Abiodun highlighted the importance of collective sacrifices for a brighter future.

Equitable Distribution and Food Security

Simultaneously, the Federal Government, through the Department of State Services and the National Emergency Management Agency, is ensuring the equitable distribution of the approved grains to targeted citizens nationwide. Minister of Agriculture and Food Security, Abubakar Kyari, announced plans to support 500,000 farmers in producing one million metric tonnes of rice, which aims to bolster the nation’s food security.
